exceptionally comfortable hotel with welcoming staff from the check-in till the check-out. the twin room was new-fashioned with an electric kettle, crisp linen, for instance and the location was marvellous and stunning. we really enjoyed this stay.

I recently stayed at Valamar in Obertauern for a ski vacation. The hotel's convenient location and cleanliness stood out to me. The room furniture was comfortable and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, resolving a small issue with our room promptly. The breakfast and buffet dinner were both delicious. despite being a bit pricey, our experience at Valamar was fantastic.

Rooms were quite warm even with the thermostat turned down, which made it a bit uncomfortable. It would have been better if there was a jacuzzi in the wellness center for a more complete relaxation experience.

Thoughtful gestures like cleaning car windows are appreciated and make guests feel valued. Ski-in and ski-out accessibility in winter is a definite advantage.
